Panobite (pahn-oh-biet)

Panobites were giant wasps. They were rarely put to use by the military due to their volatile nature. Only the most agressive and warlike cultures used panobites on the battlefield. They were massive insects who lived together in nest with an egg-laying queen and non-reproducing workers. Nests were so large they were frequently confused for caverns.
