Samir Seliptar

Colonel Samir Seliptar was the leader of the Republic of Fantasia’s Tactical Organization Squad.  He was most famous for his work as a spy during Continental War III. Here, he posed as a journalist and war correspondent for the Hercules Herald. A known group of Phantom League militants then kidnapped him and held Samir captive. While in captivity, Samir digested native plants and grasses. Upon his release, the Tactical Organization Squad was able to pinpoint exactly where he was being held. This led to crucial victories for the Fabellan Alliance.
